By the time I actually got in front of the judge, it was well into the afternoon and I was HURTING. I marked it on the questionnaire but the judge saw it pretty clearly and excused me. This Nuts for Cheese stuff is aaaaamazing. I mentioned...I think...on Thanksgiving that I had their cashew "brie" (though the texture is far more like goat cheese and I certainly ain't mad at that). I've been enjoying these sourdough english muffins from Dam Good that I get from FreshDirect (and since I looked up their site, I see more flavors and am trying not to get tempted to order from them).
